- Setup on Airbnb and staging of the property including advice on how to best present the property.
- Arranging and meeting a professional photography (cost of photographer is additional) at the property to ensure it is presented attractively on Airbnb
- Booking services and guest liaison 24/7
- Management of guest check in and check out and inspection of the property after check out
- Organising the cleaning of the property to a high standard and reporting to owner any maintenance issues. (cost of cleaning extra and charged to guests)
- Pick up and changing of linen (sheets & towels) provided by our linen service (cost of linen & bathroom amenities extra)
- Regular review of accommodation rates to ensure maximum occupancy and best seasonal rates
- Management of guest reviews
