Pricing

Our management fee is 20% of total booking value plus GST (excluding any amount collected from guests for cleaning) Owner will be invoiced monthly and tax invoice will be sent to owners email with supporting spreadsheet from Airbnb transaction report.

Cost for cleaning is billed separately and is generally recovered from fixed cleaning fee charged to guest. Owner will be responsible for supplying Basic Essentials required by Airbnb i.e tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper etc.
